Sadly, I have decided to put my beloved 996 up for sale and naturally seek a good enthusiasts home. It's a 99 Red Bip, which has only covered 7k miles. It has a full DTS service history and is probably one of the best in the UK. Extras include Termis, carbon hugger, datatool. It had a full DTS service May 06, which included belts and tyres are nearly new! It was reshimed last year and now is 10 bhp above standard but used by mature enthusiast. If you want a 996 then please let me know as you will not be dissapointed with this beauty. Just bought 998 hence sale. £4,995. Tel York 01904 44 8154 or 07740 213 789.

Hope you don't mind (daft statement really) but I've just passed your details on to Slowpat who's on here - he's looking for exactly that.......! He should be phoning you.

Services at DTS are about main dealer prices because he changes bolts for stainless and is very meticulous and thorough, My last service on the 900ss was about £500! so this 996 should be a stonking bike then!

Good to see you in Helmsley and thanks for the tip. When your in that bar I'll get them in.Let me know, hope the beer is good?
Paul at DTS has serviced this bike every year from new and £---- spent on shiming, belts etc. Way over the top but if I'm honest it has more grunt than the 998. The Bevel is at DTS and looking forward to getting it back for the rest of the Summer! Your right will keep to good to sell.
