red t9 on the A823 up to Gleneagles

Last Sat went for a quick spin up to Gleneagles and came up behind a t9 who was stuck behind a van, gave u a couple o flashes but the van in front mussta bin makin u constipate a bit :p :D
Thought it might have been the new lad from Dollar oot fur a spin.:dunno:
