what a superb blast i had late this afternoon. anyone see me leave dollar, shoot up glen devon past gleneagles, stick to the 30 limit thru Muthill then crack it open to Crief, stop for fuel at Shell then cane it to Perth, get bored down the A9 towards Gleneagles until a GSX and me swapped notes around the rev limiter (i got there before he did), then peel off and track back thru glen devon until i could barely engage the clutch anymore, my wrist was so sore (no jokes please....the clutch is hard work for a newbie).

this was for me the first big day of 2007. warm sunny weather on a sturday, sticky tyres and relearning the corners. i must have seen a hundred other bikers out for a spring blast. didn't see another Ducati, so my 999 still sfeels special. welcome 2007, get some!!!!!!!!

Nice one fella - I will be out for a tootle tomorrow I think, have some errands to run and some people to visit so I will go on the bike !

next time your planning on coming through perth give us a shout, not this sunday though, already got run planned with group on non ducati, unless you want to come and join in, and keep mine company, only thing is we tend to 300 miles or so each trip, which may be a bit much if yout getting used to the clutch still.
