On my way back form a diving weekend in Oban yesterday and spotted a 1098 being very noisy heading in an Oban driection. Any of you lot?
What an awesome road, shame I was in the Audi and not on the 749.
5 hours on the 749 to get there may be a bit much. ouch

I have just returned to the site after a bit of an absence and I am finding my way around again. Is the gallery the only place you can put Photo's? I think 6 is the limit is it not?
I was at Oban last year and got some cracking photo's of the 999 on the way and at Connell too. Is there any place I can put them or do we have to use our imagination?

Ah, that would be Stuart (one of our techs) on my new bike!!:)
I asked him to get some miles on it before I take it to Jerez in a couple of weeks. I was back up there yesterday on it.
First service today, now I can start getting it opened up a little!:D
It was being a tad noisey coz i've fitted the full Termi 70mm system to it!!:lol2:
Sounds amazing!

Five hours from Glasgow to Oban? There is more than one gear in there surely? :D

The only gallery is really for photos of your own bike and yes, the limit is 6 :(. Unfortunately server space and bandwidth costs and I use most of it to host the photos from events on the main site. I've had to up the space twice since upnorth started and increased the database space once.
You should be able to add a photo as an attachment to a post using the paper clip but once again the amount of space is limited and you may end up having to delete older attachments as time goes on. I actually prefer adding photos as attachments as the software now runs them as slideshows.
the other option is finding a free photo hosting site, a few folk here use them and may be able to offer suggestions

Rock Jock and Martin
5 hours from Chorley to Oban with a car full of stinking dive kit with loads of bikes going past . grrrrrr
Anyway off out tonight to Southport for a quick blast, can't wait
Martin - he looked like he was behaving himself but it did sound sweet even my dive buddy who is a Honda only man was impressed.

Ah, I thought you were further north, my mistake. Still you could come up for the Midgie Masher later in the year. We're doing roads round there all weekend. Or pop across to Hartside at Easter.

LOL
Mate, there's not much chance he would be giving it the use it's going to receive on Jerez in a couple of weeks. As long as he keeps it shiny side up - i'm really not too fussed.
On Sunday, I forgot to change the clock on the dash and Stu got a bit caught up in the fun of the day and came back an hour late.:comp2:
By that point I had bitten my nails clean off and was thinking how best to persuade Ducati to get me another one quick. (I was imagining the laughter from the other end of the phone as Nige informed me it would be JULY!! )
No harm done, Stu returns with 170 miles completed for me and I empty my underwear!!
Next it's off to the painters! Pics will follow!:)
