Misano: Superpole : Action from the Superpole session in Misano, Italy, where championship leader James Toseland will be looking to impress in the eighth round of the campaign. The British rider is well set to succeed Australian Troy Bayliss as champion but needs a good performance to keep ahead of nearest rivals Noriyuki Haga of Japan and Italian Max Biaggi. It's bad planning by Ducati because this round should be at the end of WDW like it has been in previous years:rolleyes:

Bayliss dominated the championship in 2006, although 2004 champion Toseland was expected to prove far more competitive this time around
