For what it is doing I would not get too hung up on grade of aluminium but T4 comes to mind as a good all rounder.

Yellow 4 may be the pillar bolts that hold the points cover in place and the rubber grommet looks to be the cover for the brake or clutch adjuster.

In Green 3 there will also be four cylinder head bolts as I can see they have been removed.

Correct, I can see the wire now that folds out on the bottom adjuster to allow you to set the shock spring harder or softer.
