    Default Dayco

Thought I'd report back, it's been a while since I fitted Dayco belts to my 750. Rode to Italy & back, plus some UK rides. A good mix of motorways & lanes, no issues so far.
Having said that, I've just bought some Exactfit belts for a friend's 900.
Still having difficulty in understanding the price differences though.

    2x 900 belts:

    Dayco 30.00
    Exactfit 70.00

A 10 discount for the Exactfit belts is possible if you email the owner, look on the Ducatiforum for details.

Good timing this thread, my 1098 lump is due a set of belts are there any proven alternatives? There's a seller on eBay doing exactfit belts, new bearings for the tensioners and new nuts and washers for just under 120 is this the best alternative to oem?

    Has to be.

How much would you pay for that lot oem? Doubt you'd get much change from 200.00...
