Last year they didnt go on sale until the beginning of March (5th If I remember correctly).

Factory visits in the run up, during, and just after could be booked the same time as booking the WDW tickets (via the club president) but they changed the process of how factory & museum tours can be booked in general by DOC members last year so currently you use this form to book but not sure if you use it to book during wdw it will still work?

Discount code being sent out to members in an email.
Some have received it, others havent yet.

Is there a mistake on the system and some have been sent to wrong email addresses?
Or if its done alphabetically are they still to do the ones at the end (I know of surnames S, T and W who havent got their email yet.)

    Please advise?

I've got mine, and the code, not going to be using it though. If any affiliated DOC users are having issues not sure if you could use mine instead?

I've since spoke to Bob and he's been doing his best to find solutions to the problems, but you know yourself what dealing with Ducati is like.
Like dealing with a very drunk friend.
they don't seem to have a clue what's going on, ignore or forget your questions, and when they do answer they don't seem to have understood the question in the first place 😂😂😂

Since I didn't receive a discount code it would appear that having not checked the boxes allowing my data to be shared the process stalled. Ducati have no right to require members to allow their data to be shared before they will offer a discount on WDW tickets. The whole process has been a travesty with some members being offered discount and others not.
The club should make a complaint to Ducati about the dreadful way this process is being handled, ignoring members legal rights to data protection.

"ignoring members legal rights to data protection."

They are not Ignoring Anyones Legal Right They are upholding Data Protection Rights
They are only asking members to sign-up (Some people had Already Done as they recieved a "update password" email from Ducati)
Ducati are Not forcing Anyone to sign-up

Ducati are doing it this way after most DOC clubs (at least 2 of the UKs 4 clubs - not the SDC) complained about the original purchase system - done by Club Committee for the members going to WDW

Every one has three Choices to buy WDW Tickets

    1 Full Price
    2 Discounted from Dealer
    3 Through the DOC System
