Default SDC newsletter going to Spam...

Never had this happen before with Google (Gmail) so not sure why it would be thought of as Spam now after all this time???

So, apparently its not enough to just 'unmark it as Spam' for it not to happen again the sender has to be added to your contacts list in Gmail (whitelist) which after a little reading is exactly what I've just done.

    Cheers - Frank

I wonder if it's perhaps in issue with who on the committee sends the email?
It comes from the SDC mailchimp account but different committee have different user sub accounts and user names so perhaps if you've saved/marked one previous email as not spam it still might miss future emails if from a different person?

Mine went into the spam this month too and likewise it's never happened before. The sender email was same as all the previous ones and that address is in my address book. It may be a Google thing. Are the rest of you using Gmail addresses?

Well I'm sure it isn't just random. There must be some reason behind it.
