    Default : Darmah Marzocchi Forks

Hi, needing a set of stanchions and sliders (Marzocchi 38mm) for my Darmah. I have the yokes. God knows what Marzocchis the previous owner fitted, but they stick through the top yoke by about 7cm. They are 38mm but definitely not the right ones!

    Many thanks!

Could you not just change the stanchions?

If he can find the right stanchions. Mdinaitalia do them at 580mm and 600mm lengths.

I have neither the stanchions nor the sliders. The previous owner fitted a pair of Marzocchis from (what looks like) a much later era. They are far too long, and the stanchions stick through the top yoke by 6 or 7cm. They look ridiculous!
A pair of the correct ones sold on eBay last year, but typically, I was on holiday, and missed them!

I think what is currently fitted are forks from a Paso. Brake Caliper behind the stanchion leg. Stanchion legs reaching for the stars through the top yoke!

I can confirm that these forks are Marzocchi M1R from a Paso 750 or 906. The mudguard fitment is completely different which must present a problem trying to fit the Darmah one.
