Looking for a 93 > 97 monster fuel tank as the one on my bike is off a later model and my seat dosent quite fit and its cracking the main plastic latch on the front of the tank because is so tight to the frame.

So if anyone has one laying about id be interested.

    cheers.

This sparkly one should work. It is one of the cheapest I have seen in a long time. A tank up to 1999 (carbed) should work on yours.

Yeah thats pretty much the same as what I have on the bike just now the tank I need needs to be more like this - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DUCATI-MO....c100005.m1851

Thats the right tank but I dont really want to spend 120 for somthing bashed and that has been botched as well, If the sparkly one was the same sure no problem I am a spray painter I could easy respray it at work inbetween jobs.

It might be cheaper reshaping the seat and fitting the metal tank latch from the newer model to suit the tank. I retro fitted the metal catch to my older tank, it’s tight but it works.

Yeah was thinking that and looked at a newer seat to fit the tank but the latch is different at the back unfortunately but tank I got just now is also bashed in a few places I just thought it would be easier just trying to find a clean old one and just to repaint it.
