    Post 916 misfire

    Hi there.

I have 916 Biposto which had a flat battery. The AA restarted it by attaching a powerpack to the battery terminals.

It started but now runs mostly on one cylinder, the second chimes in occasionally.

I swapped out the ECU with one from a mates 916 and that didn't make any difference. Any ideas what might have happened?

It is more likely to be an electrical issue rather than a fuel problem. Since only one cylinder is affected, try swapping the coils between cylinders to see if the misfire moves with it.
