Default "and now for something COMPLETELY different": Book club corner

The power of the Internet is utterly impressive at times.

Browsing Wikipedia brought an interesting post with Scottish and Canadian links in the form of Mr. James Herbert Curle.

Born in 1870 in Melrose, passing away in Victoria BC, boxing day 1942, his astonishing claim of travelling 50,000 miles per annum for multiple years had me intrigued.
Wildly opinionated and equally interesting, within minutes, I'd located one of his books and devoured it.

A different perspective of a bygone age:

"A spirit with a vision is a dream with a mission"
