    Default clutch engaged continually

hi,long time since i been here.
    and now problems
due to family and work i have totally neglected my s4r
not put a mile on her this year
so finally went to get her out.
late last year i bleed my clutch fluid as there was sod all in the res with no leaks visible
put a open clutch cvr, pressure plate and new springs on at christmas
the usual gear change can be felt on the gear lever but the clutch is engaged all the time with her running or me pushing, the clutch operates by the lever solid in and loose when pulled
i replaced the new springs which were slightly longer with the old ones thinking this is the only place i have fiddled but no joy.
    any ideas ,
my clutch fluid res is half full and the push rod is working
please ,any help would be great

    Default twit of the week

    It's okay boys
i win the tit of the week award
the new pressure plate was not mating to the clutch basket
it was only by a hairs breath.
cleaned it all and re-align and we have lift off.
the lesson here is not to fit things to ya baby in the dark and half cut on boxing day
and i got to get my leg over and re-kindle my love of riding.....before it started raining again
