    hey Ray, what's the matter with rear brake,just had hassle with mine on the 1200R, took it out to David at Loch Ness Restorations, better than when it was new now..

    always had a poor rear brake. I mentioned it to derek at the weekend and he said , aswell as bleeding it at the caliper bleed it at the manifold for the abs. Now the rear does not work,nothing. Do you have an abs manifold on the 1200r

    yep,had same trouble, you have to take it out to David, he'll sort it for you, you have his number after he did your fork seals.

    got it blead. I will test it when it stops raining. I attached the caliper to the grab rail with a tie-wrap and that worked, bit of a hassle but it was easy to clean the rear of the bike aswell. The bleed nipples can wait untill the winter. Cheers.
