Perhaps, but you could take on a lesser role having at least some influence and then be in a position to take on a more responsible duty the following year. No excuses Chiz!

Just a wee reminder folks, please read the following:

As per the constitution of the Scottish Ducati Club all committee members are required to stand down each year. They may choose to stand again the following year and must notify the President/Secretary.

Only members with full voting rights may stand for committee, nominate or propose. (Deferred votes are not permitted).
Nominations are therefore sought for :
    • President
    • Vice President/Treasurer
    • Secretary
    • Area co-ordinators – number to be decided at the AGM
    • Volunteers - Number to be decided at the AGM

Nominations, proposed and seconded by members should be sent to [email protected]

The club is run by members for members and even if you do not feel you want to take on the task of being a full committee member you could volunteer to take on a specific task i.e. organise a run and/or meeting in your area, organise a club outing to a special event or volunteer to man the SDC stand for a few hours

Please remember it’s your club and any club is only as good as it’s membership. We had a great year in 2019. Let’s make 2020 even better.
